Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

As the public face of the company, the sales associate is responsible for handling customer questions about products and services. Maintain product knowledge and company policies. Handle complaints with empathy and tact.

Maintain the sales floor presentation, including products, signage, and displays.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour. Paid training and sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and improve engagement with merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate cash registers, manage transactions, and balance drawers.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or high school diploma
• Retail sales experience
• Professional appearance
• Positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
