Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

As the public face of the company, the sales associate is responsible for dealing with customer questions about products and services. A sales associate must continuously update their knowledge of products, services, and policies.

Complaint handling is critical. Turn frustrated customers into happy ones while adhering to company policies, requiring empathy and tact.

Maintain the sales floor presentation, including products, signage, and displays.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour. Paid training with sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answer questions, engage with merchandise, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate cash registers, manage transactions, and balance drawers.
• Achieve sales goals.
• Direct customers to merchandise.
• Increase in-store sales.
• Have superior product knowledge.
• Maintain an orderly sales floor.
• Introduce promotions and opportunities.
• Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or high school diploma.
• Retail sales experience.
• Professional appearance.
• Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
