Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, answering questions, engaging with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers, managing transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Achieving sales goals.
• Directing customers to products.
• Increasing in-store sales.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities.
• Cross-selling products.

Sales Associate Requirements:

• Associate's degree or high school diploma.
• Retail sales experience.
• Professional appearance.
• Positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Paid training with sign-on bonus.
• Competitive pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
