WHO WE’RE HIRING:We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Collaborate with company leaders to analyze, strategize, and implement business initiatives
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities
- Manage and optimize revenue operations tools and systems (Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success leaders to streamline operations
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in go-to-market processes
- Ensure accurate reporting
- Train and support team members
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO PARADIGM:
- Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizations
- 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or related role
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, CRM/marketing tools, building dashboards and reports, implementing new tools
- Data-driven and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
