Full-Time Route Sales Driver

Country Fresh Meats™ is a subsidiary company of Jack Link’s Protein Snacks®. Our current facility is in Weston, WI, and we support national distribution.

Job Description

1. Establish an efficient route schedule of stores with accounts.
2. Comprehend sales, programs, and promotions to achieve successful sales, distribution, and placement.
3. Analyze and explore the market to identify opportunities for new products, services, and shelf space.
4. Handle customer complaints and issues, with management assistance.
5. Maintain and update in-store display units and sales materials.
6. Maintain professional relationships with customers and enhance communication for increased sales.
7. Rotate and maintain accurate inventory using the FIFO system.
8. Use technology (Encompass) to track activities (truck/store inventory, returns, credits, invoices).
9. Track expenses using Concur.
10. Manage company vehicle maintenance.

Essential Skills

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Sense of urgency
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift/carry items up to 30 pounds

Additional Information

• Overnight stay required (company expense)
• Typical start time: 4:00 AM
• High school diploma or GED required

Hourly rate range: $17.65 - $24.27
