Full-Time Route Sales Driver

Country Fresh Meats™ is a subsidiary of Jack Link’s Protein Snacks®. Originating in Bevent, WI, we’ve been family owned since 1980. Our facility is in Weston, WI. We service our customers and support national distribution.

Route Sales Driver Responsibilities:

• Establish an efficient route schedule of stores.
• Comprehend period sales, programs, and promotions to achieve successful sales, distribution, and placement of products.
• Analyze and explore the market to identify opportunities for new products/services.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Maintain in-store displays and sales materials.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Rotate and maintain accurate inventory (FIFO system).
• Use technology (Encompass) to track activities (truck/store inventory, returns, credits, invoices).
• Track expenses using Concur.
• Manage vehicle maintenance.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs

Compensation: $17.65 - $24.27/hour (based on several factors). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life/disability insurance, 401k, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Schedule: Typically starts at 4:00 AM.

Additional Information: Overnight stay required at company expense.
