Full-Time Route Sales Driver

Country Fresh Meats™ is a subsidiary of Jack Link’s. We service national distribution from our Weston, WI facility.

Job Description:

• Establish efficient route schedule for stores in assigned area.
• Understand sales, programs, and promotions to achieve successful sales, distribution, and product placement.
• Analyze market to identify opportunities for new products and shelf space.
• Handle customer complaints and issues with management assistance.
• Maintain in-store displays and sales material.
• Maintain professional relationships and communication to increase sales.
• Rotate and maintain accurate inventory (FIFO system).
• Use technology (Encompass) to track truck inventory, store inventories, returns, credits, and invoices.
• Track expenses using Concur.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedule with supervisor.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
• Overnight stay required (company expense).
• Starting time: Typically 4 AM.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
