About Buynomics: Buynomics is a SaaS company specializing in pricing and product optimization. Using large-scale simulations, we help customers predict purchase behavior. As our Business Development Representative, you'll drive growth and build our sales pipeline. You'll use various outreach methods to generate qualified leads, collaborating with Account Executives.

What you'll do:

  • Drive Growth: Utilize cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other methods to generate interest in Buynomics.
  • Collaborate on Target Accounts: Work closely with Account Executives.
  • Qualify Leads: Conduct discovery calls to assess lead fit.
  • Innovate Outreach Tactics: Test and refine methods to engage prospects.
  • Teamwork for Success: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales.
  • Hit Quarterly Goals: Meet targets for initial meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Stay Current: Maintain knowledge of offerings, industry trends, and customer challenges.

What you'll need:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a Business Development or similar role within a high outbound B2B SaaS environment.
  • Drive and Independence: Self-motivated and effective time management.
  • Communication Skills: Confidence in cold and warm calling.
  • Growth Mindset: Proactive, desire to learn and share best practices.
  • Languages: Fluent English required; German, Spanish, or other European languages preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales tools experience (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator).
  • CRM upkeep experience (HubSpot).
  • Experience in a startup, SaaS, or cloud/technology space (preferred).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred).
