We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Channel Marketing Manager – Benelux to lead and grow our business with existing partners and developing new partnerships.
This role involves strategic planning, data analysis, marketing coordination and budget management. This position will report to the xx.
Responsibilities:
- Work effectively with all cross functional teams, including senior management, marketing, operations, pricing.
- Help shape the Benelux go to market strategy.
- Establish relationships and day to day account management with key retail partners such as Bol, Coolblue and Media Markt.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential retail partners.
- Focus on ambitious growth in sales and awareness, coupled with tight forecasting and pricing management.
- Require top-class business development, key account management and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Success is measured in achieving / exceeding targets for revenue, new account acquisition, growth, sales and increasing Cricut brand awareness.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or business development—preferably within the consumer goods, FMCG, or retail sectors.
- Experience managing and developing a small team (1 person & 1 contractor) is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing retailers and driving growth in the Benelux region.
- Experience with e-tailers is a plus.
- Experience in marketing or working closely with marketing teams to execute channel marketing initiatives is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and strategic planning abilities.
- Analytical mindset.
- Communicative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- ‘Can do’ attitude and a willingness to work hard and be part of a small dynamic and energetic team.
- Mother tongue Dutch and fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Affinity with craft and or other creative hobbies is a plus.
