Our Associates Team plays a pivotal role in our dynamic sales organization. As a member of this team, you'll connect with clients and provide tailored lending solutions. You'll engage with inbound customer inquiries and proactively reach out to potential leads, utilizing our Lendi Platform for seamless sales processes and outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing objections professionally.
- Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential business clients in Australia, setting appointments.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments for our brokers.
- Adhere to call scripts and sales procedures.
- Engage prospects in phone conversations, discussing lending requirements.
- Identify opportunities for customers to refinance or secure finance.
- Encourage customers to utilize our online platform before appointments, facilitating document submission.
- Thoroughly record call details.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or related field (finance/banking preferred).
- Highly motivated, consistently exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (phone & email).
- Proven experience in cold calling.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience with Australian clients is a plus.
- Familiarity with lead generating tools and CRM systems is preferred.
