Full-Time Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales team in achieving revenue goals and fostering client relationships
• Coordinate client interactions, scheduling meetings, and follow-up communications
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and sales materials
• Maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring data integrity
• Support potential and actual distribution partners
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (English and French)
• Proficiency with CRMs and office productivity tools
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to travel to the United States
