Job Details
Your job duties include:
- Qualify leads and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct discovery calls to gather information on current systems, project scope, budget, and decision-making.
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings.
- Assist with solution demonstrations.
- Draft sales proposals, software quotations, and related documents with the Sales Manager.
- Track progress on opportunities and follow up on action items.
- Update CRM with contact cards.
- Assist the Sales Manager with tasks and administrative support.
- Prepare discovery call notes and draft proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Sharp analytical skills
- Knowledge of calendar management in Outlook
- Separate, quiet, and private workspace at home
- Must be able to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
