Location: US, Remote (Boulder, CO or Phoenix, AZ Preferred)

Target Start Date: March 2025

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 Base Salary + Commission

What We're Looking For: Seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Development Executive to drive new business and support existing relationships. Identify and nurture potential clients, support inbound leads, re-engage inactive clients. Essential role supporting the sales team with lead generation, relationship-building, and data-driven strategies for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify high-potential leads (online research, social media, market surveys).
  • Support inbound leads by engaging with prospects, qualifying quickly.
  • Reconnect with past clients, identifying opportunities to re-engage.
  • Build and maintain a lead database for future outreach.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing for innovative lead generation strategies.
  • Analyze and report lead generation performance and client re-engagement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently with timely follow-ups and attention to detail.

Experience & Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong communication skills (phone & email)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Desire to grow into end-to-end sales or sales operations/enabling roles
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
  • Team-oriented mindset with focus on collaboration and learning
