About the Role: Hostaway seeks a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth in the APAC market.
Responsibilities:
- Research potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, social selling).
- Understand prospect needs and communicate value proposition.
- Collaborate with sales team on outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality.
- Meet monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
Requirements:
- B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and verbal), and a second language is advantageous.
