About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. We need someone with prior experience in selling to IT, Ops and data leaders, who is a team player and can understand how to align with overall company goals.
The SDR will generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods. We are open to experimenting with new ways to generate meetings.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in outbound sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
- Interact with C-Level executives (CTO, CIOs, COOs, CEO, Founders etc.).
- Have sound knowledge of IT sales and experience using Hubspot, Apollo.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted prospecting campaigns.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
- Build account lists for targeted ABM reach out.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of selling data or SaaS solutions.
- Previous experience selling to mid-sized firms in the US market is a plus.
- Experience in the "modern data stack" is beneficial.
- Strong writing, interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills.
- Knowledge of go-to-market tech, startups, and growth.
