About the role: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will cultivate relationships with C-level executives in the US. You will act as a trusted business partner, understanding client challenges and advocating our innovative products and services to increase productivity and sales strategy. AltiSales simplifies the role by providing leads and demos.

Responsibilities:

  • Own sales targets and align business objectives.
  • Conduct accurate forecasting and reporting on sales performance.
  • Proactively engage prospects via phone and email (approximately 100 calls per day).
  • Schedule productive meetings by showcasing value and ensuring high-quality interactions.
  • Join sales representatives on calls, take notes, and learn about our products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years outbound sales experience.
  • 1+ years customer-facing sales experience.
  • Strong English communication (written & verbal).
  • Ability to plan, pitch, and execute a sales strategy.
  • Collaborative and continuous learning mindset.

Desirable qualifications:

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience in tech startups.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Experience with Outreach.io or similar sales engagement software.
