Full-Time Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at BloXroute.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively cultivate new relationships within the DeFi/Blockchain segment, focusing on Ethereum, BSC, and Solana.
• Engage in daily prospecting on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn, prioritizing lead qualification and scheduling meetings.
• Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and collaborate with the sales team for best practices.
• Collaborate internally with sales and marketing for seamless lead handoff.
• Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and emerging trends in blockchain.
• Drive referrals through exceptional work.
• Maintain and track all records in the CRM.
• Prepare and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the BD lead.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to prospect for new opportunities.
• Proven track record as a top performer in previous roles.
• Strong communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of blockchain/DeFi technology.
• Proficiency in using a CRM system.
• Strong desire and ability to grow within a sales organization.

Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 per year.
