What you'll do here:

  • Actively turns interested clients into long-lasting partners.
  • Drives revenue by understanding client needs and offering recommended actions.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor and partner to clients, maintaining a consultative approach.
  • Outbound prospecting to potential customers.
  • First point of contact between potential customers and Boulevard.
  • Utilizes social media to access specific individuals in a prospect/customer's buying process.
  • Qualifies outbound leads via cold call.
  • Qualifies prospects using a defined Sales Process.
  • Outreach to new prospects to initiate the sales process and build excitement.
  • Assesses prospect's needs and identifies pain points.
  • Sets up meetings between prospective customers and sales executives.
  • Manages day-to-day activities using Salesforce and Outreach, and updates management through system-generated activity reports.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of all Boulevard's services and internal systems.
  • Meets or exceeds management-defined activity and revenue goals.
  • Demonstrates focused daily activity around calls and email metrics.
  • Understands and stays current with the POS market and business management SaaS solutions.

What you'll need to thrive:

  • 3+ months sales development experience, preferably in beauty, aesthetics, or self-care.
  • Expert communicator, enjoys cold prospecting and phone calls.
  • Organized and strong time management skills.
  • Action-oriented and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Enthusiasm for a high-growth entrepreneurial environment.
  • Competitive spirit.
