About the Role:This Sales Development Representative role manages outbound and inbound leads. The role requires identifying key decision makers, initiating calls, qualifying buying interest, and building relationships with potential and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build revenue pipeline by setting meetings with target influencers and key decision-makers.
- Research and build new and existing accounts by adding contacts, outbound calling, and strategic email.
- Call prospects, determine interest level, qualify leads.
- Nurture leads through planned cadences.
- Collaborate with sales teams, prioritize leads, and build pipeline.
- Answer inbound inquiries.
- Meet sales and performance objectives (activity targets, meetings, qualified leads).
- Prioritize daily activities to meet management objectives.
- Manage and track leads in CRM systems accurately.
Requirements:
- 1 year sales/customer-facing experience (customer success/support or account management).
- Bachelor's degree.
- High accountability, collaborative, and ownership-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work fast and thoughtfully, seeking efficiencies.
