We are looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) who is excited to work in a startup environment and comfortable in a dynamic and ever-changing workplace.
The primary responsibility of an SDR is to prospect and reach out to potential customers through outbound activities, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
SDRs are responsible for qualifying leads in the early stages of the sales funnel.
- Research potential clients
- Connect with and educate prospects
- Qualify them before handing them over to the sales closers
Act as the first point of contact with the market, interacting and gathering information directly from prospects – a valuable source for marketing content strategies.
Understand how hospital managers, marketing managers, and CIOs manage their internal strategies to attract and retain visitors and convert them into value.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and clients.
Generate qualified prospects using cold emails, cold calls, social selling, and networking.
Follow up with inbound leads and provide relevant information to nurture those relationships.
Select prospects from a defined target market and engage them in meaningful first conversations.
Prioritize the target list effectively.
Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads using the CRM.
Research target leads and build a prospect analysis before handing off to the sales team.
Educate leads about TuoTempo’s products and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to speak with the sales team.
Schedule appointments, demos, and introduce leads to their new point of contact.
