Summary: Firework is a global startup looking for a Sr. Sales Development Representative to support sales pipeline growth. You'll support the sales process, generate qualified leads, and work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
- Research accounts and prospect using outreach tools.
- Conduct discovery conversations with potential prospects.
- Generate qualified leads, meetings, and opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to increase conversion rates.
- Achieve individual and team quotas.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ year experience as an SDR.
- Ability to research and utilize Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sense of ownership; self-starter.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in French and English.
