FreedUp is a staffing startup from Austin, TX. You'll work directly with our founders.
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist for an education company supporting youth with personalized tutoring.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST
Pay Range: $1200-$2000 monthly base (plus commission)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Call incoming leads (company-provided phone service)
- Manage relationships with families
Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Education
- 3+ years experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- Proven track record in a virtual setting with U.S. based clients
- C2 level proficiency in English
- Resume in English
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, Notion, Airtable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attention to detail and problem-solving
- High level of professionalism and discretion
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
- Modern computer/laptop (Intel i5 or higher)
- Proficiency with remote communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Meet)
