What you'll do:

  • Research and identify potential small RIA clients.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce Heron.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the Business Development Manager.
  • Learn how to use tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Gain hands-on experience in sales and learn about fintech.

What we look for:

  • 2+ Years of relevant fintech or financial products sales experience.
  • Series 7 License.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a desire to learn.
  • Comfortable reaching out to new people.
  • Organized and reliable.
  • Interest in startups, technology, and/or financial services.

Nice to Haves:

  • Internship or work experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
