Job Details

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Cold Call Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities.

Two critical sectors:

  • Pump Stations for Golf Courses: Engage with golf course superintendents, irrigation specialists, and course management teams to introduce innovative pump station solutions. (Detailed call script and professional sales training provided).
  • Variable Speed Drives (VFDs) for Water/Wastewater & HVAC: Connect with municipalities, facility managers, and service companies to promote VFD services, including maintenance and repairs for commercial office HVAC systems. (Customized sales playbook will be developed).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls, strictly adhering to provided scripts and playbooks.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, securing meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities within HubSpot CRM.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine and improve call scripts and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year outbound cold calling experience, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Ability to quickly learn and follow a structured sales process.
  • Experience or knowledge in golf, irrigation, water, or HVAC industries is advantageous.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently, meeting sales targets.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
