Full-time, 100% Remote Role
Target: French Market
Hostaway, a SaaS startup transforming the vacation rental industry, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth in the French market.
About the Role
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries and accounts in the French market.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, email outreach, and social selling) to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute outreach campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
- Maintain accurate prospect interaction records in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Meet monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Native French language proficiency and fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus.
