Target: French Market

Hostaway, a SaaS startup transforming the vacation rental industry, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth in the French market.

About the Role

• Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries and accounts in the French market.
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, email outreach, and social selling) to generate interest and qualify leads.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and effectively communicate the value proposition.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute outreach campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
• Maintain accurate prospect interaction records in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Meet monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Native French language proficiency and fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus.
