About the role:Join our collaborative and supportive Go-To-Market team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You'll be surrounded by growth-minded teammates. You'll have the tools, training, and mentorship to grow fast and go far.
In this role, you'll help professional services firms modernise client engagement. Our platform simplifies invoicing, payments, and workflows, letting them focus on what matters most.
As an SDR, you'll generate qualified leads, spark meaningful conversations, and book product demos that set Account Executives up for success.
Your mission: ignite interest, build strong pipelines, and help scale revenue.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Build pipelines by engaging prospective customers, sparking interest in our platform, and booking product demos and consultations.
- Play a key role in building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Engage prospects via phone and email, making strong first impressions with product and industry knowledge.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Proactively generate new business through outbound outreach using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.
- Collaborate within the team to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Meet monthly targets for qualified demos booked and completed.
- Represent Ignition at industry events (light travel may be required).
- Master product knowledge and handle objections confidently.
- Identify and suggest improvements to sales processes.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, Gong, and Zoom.
