Job Details
Sales Development Representative (SDR) for 101VOICE telco division.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting potential customers via cold calling, email, and social media.
- Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings with Account Executives.
- Researching target companies and decision-makers for personalized outreach.
- Building a strong pipeline of qualified leads to support revenue goals.
- Collaborating with marketing teams on lead generation strategies.
- Utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for accurate tracking.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings.
- Participating in team meetings to share best practices and improve processes.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company products/services.
- Handling objections professionally and engaging prospects creatively.
- Providing feedback to sales and product teams to improve offerings and strategies.
- Continuously refining outreach techniques and messaging to optimize response rates.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to persuade prospects to meet.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior sales experience (cold calling or lead generation preferred).
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
- Strong research, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Resilience and persistence in handling rejections.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling emails and social media messages.
- Ability to learn and articulate product/service offerings quickly and effectively.
