Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with Account Executives to identify key decision makers, targeting Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts.
  • Develop creative, value-based outreach plans.
  • Collaborate, share best practices, and improve sales team effectiveness.
  • Create positive first impressions, building relationships, explaining Lumos value.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries, identifying needs and goals.
  • Provide feedback to Sales Managers and Sales Enablement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years B2B SaaS Sales Development experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Outbound prospecting and cold-calling experience.
  • IT, Security, GRC, or similar technical buyer experience (cybersecurity experience a plus).
  • Nimble, start-up adaptability.
  • Strong communication skills, ethical conduct, adaptability, grit, and empathy.
  • EST/CST work hours.
  • Prior fully remote experience preferred.
