About the Role
At Magnet Forensics, the Sales Development Reps are the frontlines of the Customer experience.
The SDR is a key player in our strategic growth plans. Through a combination of top of funnel activities, including inbound lead response and outbound prospecting, the SDR will generate and qualify sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Qualify sales leads based on criteria.
- Leverage prospecting strategies (phone, email, social). Identify customer needs and qualify interest.
- Work with Account Executives to schedule discovery meetings.
- Leverage marketing and sales tools (Prospecting tools, Marketing Automation).
- Manage contacts via CRM (Salesforce) for pipeline development.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service, building relationships.
- Work in a cross-functional team.
Required Skills
- 2+ years experience in sales or customer service.
- University degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing.
- Strong analytical, relational and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Goal-oriented and driven.
- Passion for developing new skills and building a network.
