Full-Time Sales Development Representative

Are you looking for the opportunity to contribute to a high-velocity, rapidly scaling company? We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to help take Mirantis to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through outbound prospecting (phone & email).
• Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Manage outbound leads to maximize conversion and pipeline development.
• Understand Mirantis’s offerings and competitive positioning to communicate effectively.
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in Salesforce.
• Achieve and exceed monthly quotas.

Qualifications:

• Experience in technology solutions (cloud, SaaS) - preferred
• 1-2 years of prior sales development, business development, prospecting, or sourcing experience.
• Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value.
• Strong desire to learn the software sales process.
• Strong sense of urgency and motivation to meet goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with tools like SFDC, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, 6sense - preferred
