NielsenIQ is seeking a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage, develop and grow qualified lead volume and sales pipeline for the MRI-Simmons team.
This role is primarily responsible for:
- Qualifying inbound inquiries to determine sales readiness
- Outbound prospecting via email, social and phone into target accounts to schedule initial meetings for sales representatives
- Supporting in-person and virtual events via pre- and post-event outreach
This role is often the first touchpoint for prospects interested in NielsenIQ solutions and will set the tone for the sales cycle following.

Responsibilities:
- Learn continuously and develop into an industry and NielsenIQ solutions expert
- Effectively pitch products and solutions to key decision makers
- Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities
- Support marketing events
- Develop and execute activity plans

Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree plus at least 2 years of sales development experience
- Experience on a customer-focused, performance-driven, high-growth sales team
- Experience and/or interest in CPG or selling innovative tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent researching and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional communication skills
- Team player, positive attitude, and composure under pressure
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven
