We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth. If you’re an energetic, self-motivated individual with a passion for building relationships and driving results, we'd love to hear from you!
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Research and identify potential customers. Engage prospects through email, phone, and social media.
  • Qualifying Leads: Conduct initial conversations to understand potential customers’ challenges and qualify leads.
  • Pipeline Building: Work closely with the Account Executive team to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team.
  • CRM Management: Accurately document and track all prospect interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to support campaigns and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends to effectively communicate value proposition.
What You’ll Bring
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Bonus Points
  • Experience prospecting in the SaaS or healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with DME/HME operations or healthcare technology
