Full-Time Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a US-based Sales Development Representative to join our EMEA Sales Development team on the West Coast.

Role Summary

• Drive the top-of-funnel sales pipeline, discovering, qualifying, and nurturing leads.
• Engage prospects, identify needs, and communicate product value.
• Schedule appointments for Account Executives to close deals.
• Develop creative account strategies, including outreach sequences and personas.
• Use lead generation tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with Account Executives to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Represent the SmartRecruiters mission, brand, and values.
• Commit to continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience, working with companies of 5000+ employees.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the SaaS industry.
• Communication Skills: Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert use of lead generation tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in communicating with all levels of management, ability to build relationships, and handle objections.
• Research Skills: Detail-oriented with thorough research skills.
• Work Style: Self-disciplined, able to prioritize, manage time effectively, work remotely, and ask for help when needed.
• Adaptability: Able to think on feet, change direction quickly, and not take rejection personally.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.

Compensation: $54,000 - $70,000 (USD).
