About the role: We seek a results-driven SDR to join our sales team, shaping the SDR program. This role blends intelligence, creativity, and a strong work ethic to follow up on inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and manage inbound leads.
- Partner with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality.
- Call and email leads, understand needs, set meetings.
- Pass qualified contacts to sales.
- Meet lead follow-up targets, hitting response-time SLAs.
- Conduct research on prospects.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of ISR/SDR experience in tech.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Independent, fast-learning, and self-motivated.
- Passion for startups and fast-paced work.
- Tech-savvy, with desire to impact a high-growth startup.
- Ambition to grow into strategic enterprise selling.
Compensation: $70k-$100k base salary (OTE) + equity + benefits.
