Job Details

The Scalers is seeking an SDR to join their team. This is a frontline role focused on generating qualified leads for the European BDM team. The role is based in the Netherlands, Sweden, or Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand The Scalers unique value proposition and articulate it effectively.
  • Understand pricing and customer use cases for engaging introductions.
  • Follow up on inbound leads to convert them to qualified leads and meetings.
  • Manage outbound email campaigns to qualify leads using SPICED methodology and book meetings.
  • Identify best practices for improving SDR and lead-generation playbooks.
  • Utilize sales tech stack (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall, Apollo).
  • Nurture existing pipeline to generate new opportunities.
  • Work with marketing and research teams to identify target accounts and contacts for multi-touch outbound campaigns.
  • Identify decision-makers within target companies and warm talking points to introduce solutions.
  • Structure daily activities, be accountable for follow-up, and maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships.
  • Build a network with tech leaders (CTO, CIO, etc.)
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and research teams to improve lead generation.
  • Collaborate with sales team and share best practices.
  • Meet monthly KPIs and opportunity generation goals.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of outbound BDR/SDR experience with exceeding lead targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (excellent English).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and sales-driven.
