Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn). Qualify new business opportunities.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to evolving strategies, tools, and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to penetrate key accounts and provide qualified leads.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, keep prospects engaged, and drive conversions.
  • Creative Prospecting: Use innovative methods to engage decision-makers.
  • Self-Motivation: Achieve ambitious activity and results goals.
  • CRM Proficiency: Log activities in CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and competitors.
  • Travel: Support marketing events and team/company events (some on-site travel required).

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales development experience, ideally in a fast-growth company.
  • Adaptability to new tools, processes, and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to generate results and think creatively.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
