About the Role: As we continue our fast growth, we're adding to our Business Development group. We're hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our Brand Partnerships team, generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers.
About the Job: Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers. Manage all aspects of the sales cycle. Conduct high volume of daily activities (outbound calls, emails, social selling). Create sales collateral, case studies, and custom stories to communicate benefits. Meet and exceed KPIs. Utilize SFDC/sales engagement tools to prioritize leads and engage brands. Ensure accurate contact mapping and track updates. Engage active advertisers to drive investments. Identify opportunities to standardize materials and processes for high-quality support. Deliver excellent customer experience. Collaborate with product teams.
About You: Previous experience in sales or business development. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Detail-oriented. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications: Strong advertising industry knowledge, familiarity with CRM software.
