We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us identify and qualify new opportunities across our product tiers from individual users to large enterprises.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, engage, and qualify inbound and outbound leads through email, phone, and social outreach.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools.
- Understand the Lens product and clearly articulate its value to developer teams, engineering leaders, and platform teams.
- Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives and collaborate on smooth handoffs.
- Work closely with marketing to follow up on campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Track metrics (e.g., email response rates, meetings booked) and continuously iterate on outreach tactics.
- Gather feedback from prospects and share insights with marketing, product, and GTM teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales or a related role (BDR, inside sales, customer success).
- Experience selling to developers, DevOps teams, or technical buyers is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a passion for learning and experimentation.
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Kubernetes, open source, or developer tools.
