Job Details
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Growth team. Reporting to the SDR Team Lead, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers - qualifying leads, starting conversations, and booking product demos. There is an emphasis on coaching and support from our sales leaders, along with clear career pathways for all team members.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify the best-fit opportunities
- Book and manage product demo appointments for Account Executives
- Develop your outbound calling pitch dynamically to solve real problems experienced by different stakeholders in an Aussie SMB
- Maintain CRM accuracy (HubSpot) and contribute to pipeline health
- Stay informed on product updates and new features
