Ubiquity is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify potential customers.
Responsibilities:

- Proactively engage potential customers via calling, emailing, and social media.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess lead quality and tailor messaging.
- Schedule meetings between potential customers and retirement plan consultants.
- Maintain lead interaction records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead generation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years sales and SDR experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Understanding of the sales process.
- Experience with ZoomInfo, chat platforms, Chorus, and sales enablement technologies.
