We are seeking an experienced and impactful Senior Manager, Sales Enablement Trainer to join our high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales team effectiveness through advanced enablement, focusing on MEDDPICC, leadership enablement, and territory ownership/consultative selling.
- Work closely with Sales Leadership to embed MEDDPICC daily, coach managers, and ensure sellers own territories and lead strategic conversations.
- Develop and deliver world-class training programs for reps and leaders.
- Promote territory ownership and accountability through planning, segmentation, and customer engagement best practices.
- Enable and coach teams on consultative selling behaviors.
- Build and scale leadership enablement programs.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and HR to align training initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness using performance data and metrics.
- Facilitate workshops, simulations, and coaching sessions.
- Create enablement materials and tools to support ongoing learning.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and directors.
- Leverage sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, etc.) to build training experiences.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Leadership in B2B SaaS or complex sales environments.
- Deep knowledge and application of MEDDPICC (or similar frameworks).
- Proven success designing and delivering enablement programs for sales leadership.
- Experience driving territory planning, strategic account management, and consultative sales.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
- Data-driven approach to training development and assessment.
- Experience with modern enablement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Instructional design experience or coaching certifications a plus.

Salary: $128,000 - $138,000
