As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- New Business Development: Generate new business by identifying prospects, following up on leads, making outbound calls, and conducting client visits.
- Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting in CRM systems.
- Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations to senior decision-makers.
- Deal Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms and close new business.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Onboarding) for a positive customer journey.
- Client Engagement: Represent TransferMate at industry events and maintain strong client relationships.
- Customer Account Management: Address client queries and fulfill commitments.
- CRM & Data Accuracy: Update CRM and internal databases consistently.
- Operational Support: Complete assigned tasks and assist with ad-hoc projects.
- Customer Retention: Drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed KPIs.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of client service.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on FX markets and global payments.
- Team Contribution: Support colleagues to achieve collective success.
