As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  1. New Business Development: Generate new business by identifying prospects, following up on leads, making outbound calls, and conducting client visits.
  2. Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  3. Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting in CRM systems.
  4. Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations to senior decision-makers.
  5. Deal Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms and close new business.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Onboarding) for a positive customer journey.
  7. Client Engagement: Represent TransferMate at industry events and maintain strong client relationships.
  8. Customer Account Management: Address client queries and fulfill commitments.
  9. CRM & Data Accuracy: Update CRM and internal databases consistently.
  10. Operational Support: Complete assigned tasks and assist with ad-hoc projects.
  11. Customer Retention: Drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  12. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed KPIs.
  13. Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of client service.
  14. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on FX markets and global payments.
  15. Team Contribution: Support colleagues to achieve collective success.
