Job Details

The Sales Executive, Service plays a critical role in strengthening TOMRA’s relationships with customers by promoting and delivering tailored service solutions. This role focuses on driving service-related revenue through service contracts, renewals, upgrades, and value-added offerings. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates integrity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

Primary Job Functions:
  • Own customer relationships for all service sales activities.
  • Present service value propositions and negotiate with customers.
  • Pursue and qualify opportunities identified by Field Service Engineers.
  • Ensure proposals meet customer requirements.
  • Oversee contract closure and long-term customer engagement.
  • Support ASMs in region with customer – specific service plans.
  • Partner with Business Development and Service leaderships.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored service solutions.
  • Identify process gaps in service sales activities and propose practical solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and launch of new service products.
  • Support business cases for growth initiatives.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex customer cases.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Customer Support teams.
  • Promote a “Safety First” culture.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 3 years’ experience in service or technical sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Additional certifications in sales are an asset.
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales targets.
  • Experience developing and managing long-term customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with after-sales service processes.
  • Proven track record selling service contracts, spare parts, retrofits, and upgrades.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong customer relationship skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
