Job Details

The Sales Executive, Service strengthens customer relationships by promoting tailored service solutions. This role drives service-related revenue through contracts, renewals, upgrades, and value-added offerings. Looking for candidates with integrity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. Experience in vertical software sales or commercial engineering is desirable.

Primary Job Functions:
  • Own customer relationships for service sales activities.
  • Present service value propositions and negotiate outcomes.
  • Pursue opportunities from Field Service Engineers, Coordinators, etc.
  • Drive business development by identifying new leads.
  • Execute sales activities, including cold calling and lead nurturing.
  • Ensure proposals align with customer needs and regional strategy.
  • Oversee contract closure and customer engagement.
  • Support Area Sales Managers with service plans.
  • Partner with leadership to align goals and sales targets.
  • Identify needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Identify process gaps and propose solutions.
  • Support new service products and digital offerings.
  • Support business cases for growth initiatives.
  • Act as escalation point for complex customer cases.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Support teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ experience in service or technical sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience developing and managing long-term customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with after-sales service processes.
  • Track record selling service contracts, spare parts, retrofits, and upgrades.
  • Experience with CRM systems and using data to drive performance.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and communication skills.
