Job Details

NIQ is seeking a Regional Sales Incentive Business Partner to support the design, execution, and improvement of sales incentive programs. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal teams to ensure fair and motivating incentive plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support regional incentive execution.
  • Collaborate on quota setting and incentive plan alignment.
  • Act as a liaison between global program leadership and regional stakeholders.
  • Monitor incentive performance metrics.
  • Maintain documentation of incentive policies.
  • Address and resolve regional inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes.

Qualifications:
  • 4–7 years of experience in Sales Commissions/Incentives.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
