Full-Time Sales Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Support stations/regions to drive revenue and deliver customer service.
• Prepare/edit 24-hour daily logs (programs, commercials, promos).
• Organize, track, and maintain commercial copy materials.
• Build formats with correct timings, coding, breaks, and inventory codes.
• Coordinate account activities and reconcile spots for invoicing.
• Deliver broadcast logs and automation playlists for primary and digital channels.
• Troubleshoot log, format, copy, on-air discrepancies, and as runs issues.
• Collaborate with various departments on projects.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in broadcast traffic.
• Experience with broadcast traffic systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Unrestricted work authorization.

• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
