Full-Time Sales Operations Specialist - Remote

The Sales Operations and Support Specialist will act as a versatile support resource for sales initiatives, adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing initial and ongoing billing to ensure accuracy.
2. Managing annual renewals, including timely notifications to the billing team and customers.
3. Tracking non-standard terms and conditions for accurate application.
4. Monitoring VOE rev share commitments.
5. Triaging billing concerns between departments.
6. Assisting with business review deck development.
7. Collaborating with sales operations, sales, billing, and customer service teams.
8. Generating and analyzing reports on billing, renewals, and retention.
9. Creating necessary documentation for the sales team.
10. Providing additional support during peak times or special projects.
11. Adapting to changing priorities and providing versatile sales support as needed.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Experian products and services
• Statistical methods
• PC, mainframe, and database applications
• Salesforce (SFDC)
• Excel proficiency for data analysis, comparison, and output creation
• PowerPoint and Word proficiency
• Sales enablement tools (Seismic or similar)
• Project management task tracking
• Collaboration with marketing, finance, learning, and tool vendors
• Sales enablement tool stack (Salesforce, Seismic, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, ProlificCrush)

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce.com

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
