Job Details
The Sales Representative sells products and services to meet sales targets. Develops revenue through leads, prospect calls, and customer rapport. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research new customer and project opportunities.
- Organize discovery meetings to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
- Develop a business plan for each account.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Maintain knowledge of client needs and offer solutions.
- Recommend additional services, using internal tools.
- Develop sales skills with experienced representatives.
- Partner with internal resources to execute deliverables.
- Provide customer service.
- Forecast in Salesforce.com.
- Perform related duties and special projects.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Business acumen, motivation, customer focus, time management, and multitasking.
- Data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of the selling cycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Continuous learner of products & services.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/MAC.
- Salesforce.com knowledge.
Salary range: $50,000 to $150,000/year plus commission.
