Full-Time Sales Specialist

Sales Specialist position provides a unique opportunity to learn about product offerings.

Responsibilities:

1. Contact seniors about senior healthcare offerings.
2. Screen consumers interested in Medicare Supplement/Advantage Insurance.
3. Transfer potential clients to a licensed insurance agent.
4. Articulate benefits of comparison shopping for Medicare Insurance.
5. Navigate multiple systems during consumer calls.
6. Meet/exceed specific goals.
7. Attend and contribute to meetings and training sessions.
8. Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1 year pre-sales or customer service experience
• High School diploma

Skills:

• Proficient technology skills
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new technology/systems/processes
• Comfortable working in a pre-sales environment

Compensation:

• $18.5/hr + Commission
