Full-Time Sales Support Officer

Role Description:

• Respond to incoming calls and address inquiries.
• Qualify transactions for 1031 exchange suitability.
• Conduct initial file intake and advise clients.
• Manage website inquiries via phone, email, and Salesforce.
• Contact potential clients from real estate sale lists.
• Provide sales representative coverage.
• Gather information for new transactions and review with advisors.
• Manage contacts and deals in Salesforce.
• Develop strong client relationships.
• Liaise between Sales and Operations Teams.
• Analyze data for new leads.
• Support sales projects.
• Assist operations teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales support or customer service.
• Salesforce proficiency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Data analysis skills.
• Team player.
• Knowledge of IRC Section 1031 rules (a plus).
